Come hear about the academic supports that Centenary University offers to their students! Academic Success includes a variety of departments that work together to provide students with he academic supports needed to be successful students. This presentation will introduce you to:
• Academic Success and Advising – Offers free academic coaching and tutoring for all students! Not only are these offered, but we also do outreach to students to encourage their use of these supports.
• Disability Services – Offers academic and housing accommodations to any eligible students with disabilities. We also offer a fee-based intensive support program, Project ABLE and summer transition program, STEP Ahead.
• Multicultural Enrichment – Offers academic support and enrichment opportunities to English Language Learners, International students and any other student who may have a need for this type of enrichment and support.
• Veteran Services – Offers a one-stop for all veteran and veteran dependents to assist with navigating college life, using entitlement funds and academic support services.
• Career Development – Offers career/internship preparation and career focused events to students and alumni. These include services to assist with applying for full time employment, part time jobs or internships, as well as events such as Career Fairs and networking events.
