We'll be hosting an M.A. in Organizational Leadership Virtual Info Session on Tuesday, April 16 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. This NEW 30-credit, online program is a fantastic opportunity to earn a business master's degree in only 1 year! Join us on April 16 to speak directly with the program director, Dr. Jeffrey Carter.
The M.A. in Organizational Leadership program includes new courses such as Professional Management, which familiarizes students with the key competencies required of managers, including professional effectiveness; Organizational Analytics, which introduces processes to identify and analyze organizational issues, develop and assess potential solutions, and make the informed decisions needed to implement appropriate solutions; Developing Strengths for Effective Leadership, which introduces competencies not covered in other courses, addressing those skills required to develop, influence, execute, and self-manage; and the Capstone: Current Issues in Leadership, which takes a deep dive with an individual project into the student's area of interest, whether business, public administration, or non-profits.
